The F&A rate, also known as the indirect cost recovery (ICR) rate, reimburses the university for the infrastructural support costs associated with sponsored projects. UC Berkeley’s last F&A rate proposal was developed and submitted in 2015. Information about the current rates is available on the Current Facilities and Administrative Rate Agreement page.
