Productivity Suite Assessment

Every year, Information Services and Technology (IST) processes a Productivity Suite assessment fee. Productivity Suite includes G Suite for Education, Box, Microsoft, and Adobe. You can read more about the fee and how it is determined on the Productivity Suite webpage.

Please validate the chartstring to be debited for your division by reviewing the linked excel file below to find your division’s chartstring used in the prior fiscal year.
 
Whether you require an update or keep the same chartstring used last year, please email productivitysuite@berkeley.edu with your division name and confirmed DeptID and Fund. If we don’t hear back from you by the December 18 deadline, your division will be assessed on the same chartstring used last year.

To validate your chartstring

Review the "PS Funding Model" tab in the excel file to find your division’s chartstring. 

Whether you keep the same chartstring used last year or plan to update it, please email productivitysuite@berkeley.edu with your division name and confirmed DeptID and Fund.

Key reminders

  • You may review the 'Available Funds' tab in the excel file for a list of acceptable funds.
  • You may not use a contract and grant fund.
  • If you use a non-contract and grant restricted fund, please ensure the charge meets the fund restriction terms.
