During yesterday's outage, CalPlanning was updated with February Actuals and FY16 Forecast and FY17 Operating Budget snapshots in the Planner Submission version, as of March 16.

OPA actively led, supported, and engaged in the UC Summit on predictive analytics at the Clark Kerr Campus on January 7-8, 2016. Conversations from conference participants (including faculty and representatives from student advising, undergraduate education, educational technology, and institutional planning & analysis from all UC campuses and UCOP) highlighted the use of data and analytics in enrollment, advising, and curriculum management.

The TSA PreCheck event was a huge hit! Thank you to everyone who signed up, attended, and made this event successful. The original two days were expanded to a week due to demand for appointments. Over 300 faculty, staff, students, family, and friends attended and applied for expedited security screening at over 100 participating airports.

CFO Staff at Lake Merritt Day Clean-UpIn 2015, one of the big campaigns of the CFO Appreciations Team is to give back to the community by partnering with various community groups to assist them with their projects.

Our first event, Lake Merritt clean-up day hosted by the Lake Merritt Institute, took place on Saturday, April 4.

CalTime Biweekly Pay for Non-Exempt Staff is almost here. Eligible employees may apply for transition assistance from September 22 to October 3.

Beginning November 1, non-exempt staff (i.e. those who are eligible to earn overtime) will use CalTime, the campus’ electronic timekeeping system, to record the hours they work and the leave they take.
